In 2022, we conducted 13 stakeholder interviews representing organizations across all food subsystems/functions such as Farm Hub, Food Hub/Crop Shop, People’s Place, Trust Up, Ulster Corps, Community Compost, Abundance Farm, and Kingston Land Trust. The interviews captured the organizations' history, mission, partnerships, flows of goods and services exchanged, and challenges pertaining to food sovereignty. The interviews also served to identify untapped assets and resources within these organizations that could be harnessed to address barriers to food sovereignty.
