Our Projects

Bold. Local. Liberatory.
Each THRIVE ON! project is a living expression of our values—shaped by those most impacted, rooted in community brilliance, and designed to shift systems, not just stories.

PonckHockie Market
A community-powered produce market. Led by youth in one of Kingston’s most disinvested neighborhoods, this pop-up market brings fresh food, local vendors, and economic activity directly to the people—with programs like Pay-It-Forward produce, MEAL memberships, and cultural block parties.

Youth Services Exchange Collective
A resource-sharing community, built by and for youth-serving orgs. This digital and relational platform connects local nonprofits, schools, and grassroots groups to share tools, supplies, space, and support—no money exchanged, just mutual trust and collective care.

Kingston Digest
A community-powered food publication. Created in partnership with DRAW Kingston and the Culinary Institute of America, Kingston Digest helps residents navigate food resources, local vendors, and hidden gems across the city. Part storytelling, part survival guide—it’s where food meets access, creativity, and care.

One Strike Youth Programs
We bring the program to you. One Strike pops up where youth are—with joy, skill-building, and real talk about systems and change. Fun meets growth, resistance meets creativity—all in one.
Want to support, collaborate, or bring one of these models to your community?
