For Youth-Serving Organizations
Let’s Align Youth to Real Opportunities—Together

THRIVE ON! partners with youth-serving organizations that want to expand what’s possible for young people without duplicating services or competing for resources.
We work with organizations to align youth to real community projects, leadership pathways, and workforce experiences that support your goals and the youth you serve.
This is about coordination, not extraction.

How Youth-Serving Organizations Get Involved
Organizations most often engage with THRIVE ON! through the Early Thriver Program, which includes two primary pathways for youth alignment:
Y.O.U.T.H. Force
Youth Organizations United To Help
Y.O.U.T.H. Force aligns youth from partner organizations with THRIVE ON!’s community projects in ways that meet both organizations’ goals.
Through Y.O.U.T.H. Force:

Youth remain connected to your organization
Youth contribute to real, community-rooted projects
Youth gain leadership, workforce, and systems exposure
Organizations reduce one-off volunteering and fragmented placements
Youth become Early Thrivers while staying grounded in their home programs.
Curriculum-to-Community
For organizations connected to academic or training programs, Curriculum-to-Community supports credit-bearing or structured learning placements tied to community work.
This pathway works well for:
-
Alternative education programs
-
Workforce training initiatives
-
School-linked youth services
What Partnership Looks Like
Partnerships are shaped collaboratively and may include:

Aligning youth cohorts to community projects
Coordinating schedules, supervision, and expectations
Supporting youth transitions between programs
Sharing infrastructure and learning
Participating in broader coordination through Youth Services United
We prioritize clarity, trust, and sustainability over speed.

There is no expectation of immediate placement or commitment.
Strong youth outcomes come from aligned systems, not isolated programs.
