Information For

THRIVE ON! works with many people, institutions, and communities. This page helps you quickly find what’s most relevant to you — and where to go next.

Media

We welcome thoughtful media engagement that centers community voice and context. For updates, statements, and published work, visit the Newsroom.

Youth

If you’re a young person (ages 16–24), you can get involved through paid opportunities (when available), academic credit, skill-building experiences, or exploratory involvement. You don’t need everything figured out — curiosity counts.

Schools and Educators

We partner with schools, colleges, and educators to connect learning to real community work through placements, course partnerships, and curriculum-to-community experiences.

Local Government and Public Agencies

We collaborate with public agencies as a community and neighborhood development partner — aligning youth, grassroots leaders, and local projects with public goals around youth development, workforce, and community wellbeing.

Employers & Workforce Partners

We work with employers and workforce partners to create meaningful pathways for young people — including skill-building experiences and, when possible, employment opportunities for Early Thrivers.

Community & Nonprofit Partners

We collaborate with community groups and nonprofits of all sizes and structures — incorporated or not. Some partners align youth to projects; others connect through Rootwork for incubation, infrastructure, or sponsorship support.

Food & Agriculture Partners

Food access and local food systems are central to much of our work. We collaborate with growers, producers, and food partners through youth-led and community-led projects that strengthen access, dignity, and local ownership.

Foundations & Philanthropies

We partner with funders who value long-term systems change, youth leadership, and community-rooted work. Support may include general operating, program investment, or project sponsorship.

Not Sure Where You Fit?

Most people don’t fit neatly into one box — and that’s okay.
