Celebrating Culture, Building Unity
Hispanic Heritage Festival — a vibrant celebration of Latinx culture, with music, food, and community pride.
Community Quinceañera — a joyful, collective celebration uplifting youth and families while honoring cultural traditions.
These events reflect L.O.U.D.’s mission to amplify Latinx voices, foster unity, and create opportunities for cultural growth across the Hudson Valley.
Rootwork in Action
As a transplanted initiative within THRIVE ON!’s Rootwork incubator, L.O.U.D. receives holistic support—including fiscal sponsorship, operational stability, and the energy of THRIVE ON!’s Early Thrivers—to scale its programming and deepen its community impact.
“L.O.U.D. is leading with culture, joy, and unity,” said Keyvious Avery, President of THRIVE ON!. “By joining Rootwork, they gain the infrastructure to make these events and their year-round work even more sustainable.”
