ONE STRIKE Deepens Its Program at The Broadway Bubble After a Successful Pilot
After a summer of vibrant programming at The Broadway Bubble and Community Hub, ONE STRIKE is taking the next step: deepening its partnership with the Bubble and expanding its pop-up model into a sustained presence.

From Pilot to Partnership
What began as a pilot—filled with fun, leadership development, independent living skills, and community service—proved to be more than a one-time success. The response from youth, families, and community partners made clear that ONE STRIKE had found a natural home at The Broadway Bubble.
Building on Momentum
Going forward, ONE STRIKE will:
Increase the frequency of youth and family pop-ups at the Bubble.
Expand its programming to include longer-term skill-building workshops alongside short pop-up events.
Continue weaving in community service projects, making service a regular part of every cycle.

Rootwork’s Role
As a transplanted initiative under THRIVE ON!’s Rootwork incubator, ONE STRIKE will continue to receive holistic support, including fiscal sponsorship, operational stability, and leadership development powered by THRIVE ON!’s Early Thrivers. This support ensures that ONE STRIKE’s growth at the Bubble is sustainable and scalable.
