The Community Assessment Lab is THRIVE ON!’s youth-led space for listening, learning, and documenting what’s happening in our communities.
Young people gather insight through real community work, conversations, and reflection. These findings don’t sit on a shelf — they inform our programs, shape our incubator (Rootwork), and help guide how we show up as partners.
