L.O.U.D. Joins THRIVE ON!’s Rootwork Incubator Program
THRIVE ON! Network Inc. (THRIVE ON!) is thrilled to welcome L.O.U.D. (Latin Outreach Unity & Development) into the Rootwork incubator as its second transplanted initiative. This marks a milestone in THRIVE ON!’s commitment to supporting grassroots leadership across the Hudson Valley.
L.O.U.D.’s mission: to amplify Latin voices, foster unity, and create opportunities for personal and cultural growth within the community.

Transplanted Initiatives
Rootwork supports projects rooted outside THRIVE ON! (like L.O.U.D.) by offering them holistic backing—fiscal sponsorship, operations support, youth partnership through Early Thrivers, and amplified visibility.
