THRIVE ON! Recruits First Group of Early Thrivers to Focus on Food System Transformation
THRIVE ON! Network Inc. (THRIVE ON!) has officially recruited its first cohort of Early Thrivers, marking the beginning of the organization’s pilot year.
January 12, 2024

The group consists of six young people from in and around Kingston—some currently in school, others out—who have stepped into leadership roles with a shared focus: transforming the local food system.
The Early Thrivers program is THRIVE ON!’s first initiative, designed to equip youth with the tools, resources, and support to take the lead in shaping solutions for their own communities.
“This is where it all begins,” said Keyvious Avery, President of THRIVE ON!. “These six young people represent the heart of THRIVE ON!’s vision—community transformation led by youth who live here, learn here, and are ready to build here.”
With the launch of the Early Thrivers, THRIVE ON! enters its pilot year, laying the foundation for future projects and partnerships centered on food access, equity, and grassroots power.
